Factory audit
We visit the facility and assess capacity, equipment, workforce, certifications, and the clients it already serves. A factory that will not show us its floor does not get your order.
Sample approval
Nothing enters production until you have approved a physical sample against a written specification. That approved sample becomes the reference for every inspection that follows.
In-line inspection
We inspect while the line is still running. Catching a tolerance drift at twenty per cent completion costs a correction; catching it at the port costs a season.
Pre-shipment inspection
A statistical AQL sample of finished goods is checked against the approved sample and agreed defect thresholds before the container is sealed. You receive the report with photographs.
Documentation and compliance
Certificates of origin, test reports, import licences, and customs paperwork are assembled and checked before the goods move — not after they are held at the border.
