A sourcing company works on the buyer's side of the transaction. We identify and audit manufacturers, negotiate price and terms, manage sampling and specification, inspect production, and coordinate freight, documentation, and customs clearance through to delivery.

We quote either a fixed project fee or an agreed percentage of order value, and it is stated separately from the factory price. You always see the factory cost and our fee as two lines, so you can judge both.

No. We accept no payment, rebate, or preferential terms from any supplier. Our income comes only from clients, which is what keeps our supplier recommendations honest.

There is no fixed minimum on our side, but each factory sets its own. On the discovery call we will tell you whether your volume is workable in your category and, if not, what volume would be.

Yes. Controlled categories such as defense systems, pharmaceuticals, supplements, tobacco, and foodstuff carry licensing, end-user documentation, and certification requirements that vary by destination market. We manage that paperwork as part of the engagement.
